1What small teams pay today
Google Workspace Business Starter costs $7.00 per user a month on an annual plan, or $8.40 month to month. Microsoft 365 Business Basic costs $7.00 per user a month since July 1, 2026, or $5.40 without Teams. Both include an office suite, video calls and chat, which many small teams rarely use.
2The plans side by side
3What a team of 5 pays in a year
That's $270.50 a year less than Google Workspace on an annual plan, and $174.50 less than Microsoft 365's cheapest option.
4What you get on ExitoMail Business
- A mailbox for every person on your domains. Invite them by email; they choose their own password.
- 30 GB per user, shared by the whole team for mail and files.
- Up to 50 domains, up to 100 extra addresses per mailbox (hello@, sales@) and a catch-all.
- Send files up to 200 GB by link, with links that last up to 90 days, passwords, download receipts and your branding.
- A Data Processing Agreement included. Mail, stored files and backups stay in Germany and the Netherlands; transfers stay in the EU.
- Works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and phones, next to our web app.
5When Google or Microsoft fits better
If your team writes in Google Docs or Word together, meets on Meet or Teams, or needs more than 30 GB each, those suites give you that and we don't. ExitoMail is email, file storage and file transfer, done well and for less.
6Moving your team
Connect your domain; we generate every DNS record for you. Invite your team, then switch your domain's MX records to us. There's no one-click import yet: each person can move old mail with Thunderbird or Apple Mail by adding both accounts and dragging folders across.
