About

Built for success.

Éxito is Spanish for success. We think everyone who runs something of their own, a studio, a shop, a practice or a channel, deserves email that helps them look and feel successful, without paying for it with their privacy.

Our story

Email is how small businesses run.

Invoices, contracts, client feedback, the file that has to reach the printer by Friday: for small businesses and creators, the inbox is the office. Yet the choices have been odd. Free email is paid for with your attention and your data. The big suites are built for corporations and priced like it. And the private options often feel like a compromise.

ExitoMail is our answer. A beautiful, fast inbox on your own domain or @exitomail.com, with Exito Vault for your files and Exito Transfer for the big ones, sharing one simple allowance. It's free for real people, forever, and paid plans exist for those who need more room, their brand or their whole team.

It's built by the Exito team, and we're building it the way we always wanted email to work: private, fast and fair to the people who rely on it.

What we believe

Six principles we won't bend.

Private by default

No ads, no tracking, no data selling. Not as a setting you have to find, but as the way the product is built.

Hosted in the EU

Your mail, stored files and backups live in Germany and the Netherlands, and transfers stay in the EU, under European data protection law.

Made for small teams

A free custom domain, big file transfers and Business seats at $2.99 per person, because a professional address shouldn't be a luxury.

Fair, simple pricing

5 GB free, forever. When you need more, you pay for space and extras, never for your privacy.

Open standards

IMAP, SMTP and JMAP, built on the open-source Stalwart mail server. Use any app you like and take your data with you anytime.

Obsessed with craft

Fast, calm and keyboard-friendly. Every screen is designed to get out of your way.
