1Send files
- Add your filesDrop files or whole folders on Exito Transfer, or anywhere on our homepage. Up to 2,000 files per transfer.
- Email it, or get a linkEmail it to up to 20 people with a message, or get a link to share yourself. Your recipients don't need an account or an app.
- SendFiles go straight from your device to storage. Keep the tab open until it's done; if the connection drops, the upload picks up where it left off.
Sending needs a free ExitoMail account, which keeps spam and malware out. No inbox needed: sign up with the email you already have. On the homepage you can pick your files first and sign in when you press Send; they stay on the page and upload right after.
2Limits per plan
Transfer space is how much can be in your live transfers at once, kept ones included. It frees up as soon as a transfer expires or you delete it.
Each person who downloads counts once (visits from the same person within 30 minutes count as one). On Free, a transfer allows up to 250 downloads; paid plans have no limit. When you send, you can always choose a lower limit.
Something too big for your plan? The composer tells you which plan sends it, or split it into several transfers. See pricing.
3Links and expiry
- Pick how long the link works: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, up to your plan's longest link. The clock starts when the link goes live, not when the upload starts.
- When a link expires, the files are deleted (at the latest 24 hours later) and the link stops working.
- People you emailed who haven't downloaded yet get a reminder the day before a link expires (for links that lasted 2 days or more).
- Delete a transfer early from Sent transfers. It stops working right away, for everyone.
4Passwords, receipts and branding
- Password (Plus and up): only people with it can download. At least 8 characters. Share it separately from the link.
- Download receipt (Plus and up): we email you on the first download, with the recipient's address for emailed transfers.
- Branded download page (Pro and up): pick a wallpaper and add your logo for the people you send to.
5Keep until I delete it
From Plus up you can choose Keep instead of an expiry: the transfer stays live until you delete it. Kept transfers count toward your storage, the same space as your mail and Exito Vault.
6Request files from anyone
From Plus up, File requests give you an upload link for clients and friends. They upload without an account, and each upload shows up under its request for you to download, for 30 days. You choose how long the link stays open (from 7 days up to a year, or until you close it) and an optional size cap per upload. Uploads have their own 30-day allowance, the same size as your plan's, so they never use up what you send yourself.
7Safety and reporting
We may check uploads for malware before they can be downloaded; while a check runs, the download page says so. Anyone with a link can report a transfer from its download page. The reasons we ask about:
- Malware or a virus: files that could harm a device.
- Phishing or a scam: tries to steal passwords, money or data.
- Copyright infringement: shared without the owner's permission.
- Other illegal content: violates the law where you live.
- Child sexual abuse material: hidden immediately and escalated.
- Something else: tell us what's wrong.
The rules for what you may send are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
